Brassica oleracea var. capitata f. alba

Early to mid-season white cabbage with firm, round heads. The variety 'Dita' is known for its even growth, good resistance to cracking and fresh, mild taste. Excellent for fresh consumption, salads or light pickling.

Cultivation: Pre-cultivate indoors in March–April or direct sow outdoors when the soil settles. Plant out when the risk of frost is over. Grows best in a sunny location in nutrient-rich, moisture-retaining soil.
