A very productive and easy-to-grow squash variety that produces a bountiful harvest of dark green, oblong fruits with a fine flavor and firm flesh. The fruits can be harvested young for extra delicate flavor, or allowed to grow larger. Great for gratins, wok, grilled or as a base in soups and stews.

Culture:
Sow indoors in April–May for an earlier harvest or direct sow outdoors when the soil is warm. Squash needs plenty of nutrition, sun and a steady supply of water for best results. Harvest regularly to encourage continued fruiting.
