A dramatically beautiful sunflower with deep brownish-red, velvety petals in warm bronze tones – a real eye-catcher in both the flowerbed and bouquet. 'Velvet Queen' has branched stems bearing several medium-sized flowers, and grows to an impressive height of up to 2 metres .

The variety is KRAV-certified , making it an excellent choice for those who want to grow organically with consideration for both the soil and pollinators.
