A spectacular sunflower in dark brownish-red to yellowish-red shades , with some flowers adorned with a light yellow ring – like a golden sunset in flower form. 'Evening Sun' belongs to the Purpureus group and has approx. 15 cm large flowers that are just as beautiful in the flowerbed as in deep vases .

Easy to grow and stately – perfect for those who want color and height in their garden. Harvest cut flowers in the morning while they are just opening for best shelf life.
