Arugula
Eruca sativa

Arugula is a fast-growing and easy-to-grow salad plant with a peppery, nutty flavor. The dark green, lobed leaves are harvested young and used fresh in salads, pasta dishes or as a garnish. Arugula is suitable for growing in pots, on pallets or directly in the open field.

Culture:
Sow directly into the growing area from early spring to late summer. Repeat sowing every two to three weeks for a continuous harvest. Cover lightly with soil and keep the seed moist.
