Petroselinum crispum

A robust, curly-leaved parsley variety with a very fine aroma. 'Festival 68' is fast-growing, abundant and produces dark green, dense, smooth leaves that are decorative and perfect both fresh and dried. Excellent for cooking, as a garnish and as a nutritious ingredient in juices and smoothies.

• Biennial, usually grown as an annual
• Height: approx. 30–40 cm
• Rich in vitamins and iron
• Suitable for outdoor, greenhouse and pot growing
• Tolerates light frost

Culture:
• Sow directly outdoors April–June or pre-cultivate indoors in March
• So shallow, about 0.5–1 cm deep
• Germinates 2–4 weeks
• Thin to 5–10 cm spacing
• Harvest gradually from June to late autumn
