Petroselinum crispum

Fast-growing and rich-yielding flat-leaf parsley variety with a fine aroma and intense flavour. Perfect for cutting back for repeated harvest during the season. Excellent for fresh consumption, freezing or drying. The leaves are smooth, soft and very flavourful – a classic in salads, sauces and vegetable dishes.

• Sowing depth: 1–2 cm
• Sowing period: March–July (can also be sown in autumn)
• Row spacing: 20–30 cm
• Plant spacing: 5–10 cm
• Harvest: June–October (repeated harvest possible)
