Loran pepper is a medium variety that stands out with its unique and appetizing color. The fruit is rectangular, thick-walled and weighs about 190 grams. When ripe, it develops a deep, dark purple color that sometimes almost looks black. This sweet pepper has a crunchy and juicy texture with a flavor that makes it ideal for salads, sandwiches and cold dishes. It is also excellent for stir-frying, steaming or roasting.
