A classic Asian leafy vegetable with juicy white stems and dark green leaves. Taisai is sensitive to flowering – so don't plant too early and avoid replanting! Perfect for wok, stir-fry, steaming, salads and soups.

Sowing time: Mid to late summer (direct sowing outdoors)
Sowing depth: 1–1.5 cm
Row spacing: 30 cm
Plant spacing: Thin to about 20 cm – do not replant
