Mizuna, originally from China (called Xiu cai ), is a fast-growing leafy vegetable with decorative, lobed leaves. Mild and fresh in flavor – perfect in salads or lightly stir-fried. Can be harvested several times during the season.

Sowing time: Mid-April to late August (direct sowing outdoors)
Sowing depth: 0.5–1 cm
Plant distance: 25 cm
Row spacing: 40 cm
Harvest: After 6–8 weeks – cut the leaves just above the soil
Location: Sun to partial shade
