Anthriscus cerefolium

A mild and elegant herb with flavors of anise and parsley. Chervil is easy to grow, fast-growing and is just as suitable in the garden as on the windowsill. Perfect for chervil soup , in sauces , with egg and meat dishes – or as a beautiful, flavorful sprinkle on salads, like cress.

Harvest young leaves continuously for best flavor. Thrives in partial shade and light, moist soil. Can be grown indoors year-round.
