Coriander

Latin name: Coriandrum sativum

Coriander is an aromatic herb with broad, green leaves and a distinctive, spicy flavor. The leaves are used fresh in salads, sauces and Asian dishes, while the seeds can be dried and ground into a spice. The plant blooms with small white flowers that attract pollinators.
