A crispy and mild kohlrabi in a beautiful purple color , perfect to eat raw in slices or cubes , or as an ingredient in gratins and hot dishes . It is also excellent for freezing after lightly blanching - perfect for those who want to harvest for the future!

The variety is KRAV-certified , easy to grow and thrives in most soils. Fiber cloth is recommended to protect against insects and provide more even growth.
