Hyssop

Latin name: Hyssopus officinalis L.

Hyssop is a perennial herb and medicinal plant with aromatic leaves and beautiful blue-violet flowers that attract bees, butterflies and other pollinators. It has a spicy, slightly bitter taste and is used both as a flavoring in food and as a medicinal plant in teas and herbal medicines.
