Cucumis sativus
Popular traditional tube cucumber with long, green fruits that have good crispiness. Cultivation: Sow indoors, one seed in each pot 2 cm deep, in seed soil during April-May. Groningen requires a very high temperature, 22-24 degrees in the soil. Then continue to grow at 17-18 degrees. About 5 weeks after sowing, the cucumber is planted out on a bed or in a large pot (15 liters) in a greenhouse. Cucumber requires even moisture in the growing bed. Plant the cucumber high so that the water runs away from the stem, the root collar is sensitive to moisture. Enough for 8 plants
