A traditional and very popular cucumber variety from the Middle East, known for its small, smooth fruits with a thin, dark green skin and crispy, juicy flesh. It is fast-growing and yields an early harvest, making it ideal for fresh consumption straight from the plant.

'Beth Alpha' is suitable for both outdoor and greenhouse cultivation and thrives best in warm, sunny environments. Harvest when the fruits are 10–15 cm long for the best taste and consistency.

Culture:
Sow indoors in April–May and plant out when the risk of frost is over, or direct sow outdoors when the soil has warmed up. The plants need nutritious, well-drained soil and regular watering. For best yields, tying is recommended.
