A beautiful and nutritious kale variety with deep purple-red, curly leaves. The 'Scarlet' variety is both decorative and hardy - it withstands cold well and gets even deeper color when frosted. Perfect for autumn and winter harvest. Use in salads, smoothies, stews or baked.

Cultivation: Pre-cultivate indoors in April or directly outdoors from May. Thin the plants if necessary. Harvest gradually from autumn and throughout the winter.
