Kale Capral

Description:
Kapral is a mid-early variety of kale known for its extreme hardiness and long harvest period. It grows relatively low, between 40 and 50 cm, with large, dark green and curly leaves that can be eaten both raw and cooked. The variety can withstand frosts down to -15˚C, making it ideal for winter cultivation. Perfect for salads, smoothies, soups and stews.

Sowing depth: 0.5–1 cm

  • Sowing time outdoors: May – June

Harvest information

  • Harvest period: July – March
  • Start harvesting the bottom leaves and let the plant continue producing.
