En snabbväxande asiatisk bladgrönsak med saftiga, ljusgröna stjälkar och mörkgröna blad. Perfekt för wokrätter, soppor eller ångkokning. Mild, söt smak och hög näringshalt.

Odling: Så direkt på friland från april till augusti eller förkultivera tidigare. Trivs bäst i näringsrik, fuktighetshållande jord i sol till halvskugga. Skydda mot sniglar. Vattna regelbundet för att undvika att plantorna går i blom.
