A fast-growing Asian leafy vegetable with juicy, light green stems and dark green leaves. Perfect for stir-frying, soups or steaming. Mild, sweet flavor and high nutritional value.

Cultivation: Sow directly outdoors from April to August or pre-cultivate earlier. Grows best in nutrient-rich, moisture-retaining soil in sun to partial shade. Protect from snails. Water regularly to prevent plants from going into flower.
