Klassisk fransk vintersallat med små, rundade blad i täta rosetter. Sorten 'Étampes' är robust och köldtålig, vilket gör den idealisk för odling under sen höst och vinter. Mild och nötig smak – perfekt till vintersallader.

Odling: Så direkt på friland från sensommar till höst. Kan övervintras med skydd och ger då tidig vårskörd. Så grunt och håll jorden fuktig tills groning. Glesa plantorna efter uppkomst.
