Yellow African Fatalii chili
(Capsicum chinense)

African Fatalii is an extremely hot chili pepper originating in Central Africa. The yellow, ribbed fruits grow to about 5 cm long and have an intense aroma reminiscent of habanero – fruity, aromatic and powerful.

This variety is open-pollinated and regularly tested for good seed quality. An excellent choice for those who want to grow something with both beauty and strength in their garden.

Latin name: Capsicum chinense
Contents: Approximately 10 seeds
Fruits: Yellow, about 5 cm long, grooved
Strength: Extremely strong
Sun position: Full sun
Germination temperature: 25–30 °C
Sowing depth: 0.5 cm
Row spacing: 40 cm
Plant distance: 40 cm

Cultivation tips:
Sow indoors 10–12 weeks before planting out. Keep the seeds warm and moist until they germinate. Use a heating mat to achieve the optimal germination temperature. After germination, a lot of light is required. Plant out only when the soil is warm and the risk of night frost is over. Grows best in a greenhouse or a protected, sunny location outdoors.

A spectacular chili for those who appreciate both heat and tropical aroma.
