Chili 'Anaheim'

Latin name: Capsicum annuum

The 'Anaheim' chili pepper is a mild and flavorful chili pepper that produces oblong, light green fruits that ripen to red. The fruits grow to 15–20 cm long and have a mild heat of 500–2,500 Scoville units. Perfect for grilling, salsas, stuffing and drying.
