A classic and beloved winter squash with pear-shaped, bright yellow fruits and sweet, orange flesh . 'Waltham Butternut' has a small seed , making it extra meaty – perfect for gratinating, roasting or blending into soup .

Harvest late – pumpkins ripen best if they are left outside as long as possible before the first frost .

Cultivation & Care:

    • Pre-cultivation: Indoors in seed soil, 1–2 cm deep

    • Germination time: 5–8 days depending on temperature
