A beautiful Sicilian cauliflower variety with purple heads and a mild, delicate flavour. 'Di Sicilia Violetto' is not only decorative but also rich in antioxidants. The colour fades slightly when cooked, but the flavour remains delicious. Perfect both raw in salads and cooked.

Cultivation: Pre-cultivate indoors or direct sow when the soil has warmed up. Thrives in a sunny location with nutrient-rich, moisture-retaining soil. Water evenly and regularly.
