Basil 'Lettuce Leaf' – Large-leaf basil
Ocimum basilicum
A unique and decorative basil variety with extra large, curly leaves that resemble lettuce – both in appearance and texture. It has a mild, sweet basil flavor and is perfect for making pesto, flavoring pasta dishes or using as edible wraps.

• Very large, curly leaves
• Mild and sweet taste
• Excellent for pesto and fresh salads
• Approximately 0.5 g of seeds per bag
Culture:
• Pre-cultivate indoors March–April, do not cover the seeds – light-germinating
• Germination: 7–14 days at 20–25 °C
• Planted after frost, thrives best in a sunny and warm location
• Plant spacing: 25–30 cm
• Harvested continuously throughout the summer
