A large-leaved and classic basil originating from the northern Mediterranean region – a must in everything from pesto and pasta dishes to tomato salad and pizza . 'Italiano Classico' has an intense aroma and soft leaves that make it a favorite in the kitchen.

Fits equally well in a pot on a balcony or in the garden. Harvest often for a denser plant and a more abundant leaf harvest.
