A beautiful and unusual eggplant variety that produces egg-shaped, white fruits with firm and mild flesh. Excellent for stews, baking or grilling. Decorative both as an ornamental plant and in the kitchen garden. Grown best in a greenhouse or in a very warm and protected place outdoors.

Cultivation: Pre-cultivate indoors in February–March. Needs high heat to germinate – place in bright and warm place. Plant out when temperature is stable above 15°C.

  • Sowing depth: 0.5–1 cm

  • Plant distance: 40–50 cm
