A traditional Greek eggplant variety with beautiful violet-white stripes. The fruits are narrow, elongated and have a mild, delicate flesh with very little bitterness. Excellent for grilling, frying and in Mediterranean dishes. Early and rich-yielding variety that tolerates heat well.

Cultivation: Pre-cultivate indoors in February–March. Keep the soil warm (22–25 °C) during germination. Plant out when the risk of frost is completely over. Preferably grown in a greenhouse but can also thrive in a warm, sheltered spot outdoors.
