    A versatile and fast-growing delicacy with crispy stems and juicy leaves! Pak choi, also called Asian cabbage, is closely related to cabbage but has clearly marked leaf veins and a lovely texture that makes it perfect for stir-frying, soups and steaming . The young leaves and stems are also fantastic raw in salads .

    Small heads can be cooked whole or split – a favorite in both Asian and modern cuisines!

    Cultivation & Harvest:

    • Sowing period: April–August

    • Harvest: about 30–50 days after sowing

    • Growth habit: Compact with upright leaves

    • Height: approx. 30 cm

    • Plant distance: 20–30 cm
